My cousin Gene is almost done building his garage in Hayden, Idaho, just next to Coeur d’Alene. Needless to say, it’s huge. Gargantuan – damn near the size of his house! Anyway, we put some boards up on his roof the other day to prepare it for the final roofing this week.
Of course, we had more fun with my camera than his nail-gun. Here’s Gene on the roof (I love the sun):

i had no idea he was building a big shop.
altho its been many years since the whole clan lived there i still find myself peering down that road while driving to my moms, dont know what i'm looking for anymore (back in the day i was looking for lisas vehicle) but i still do it, old habits die hard.
the shop must be far enough back on the lot that i cant see it - its time for a little drop in on old geno to check the place out :)
